We have a library of sample documents and templates to help your business. Example documents are: HR contract templates, website terms and conditions, shareholders agreements, sales documents, health & safety policy and service level agreements.
We use Yammer to allow all members to communicate with each other, share photos, links and updates. This allows the collaboration to continue day and night wherever you are.
We use our pool of 100+ mentors to match your requirements with and introduce you to a mentor. Money could not buy you access to the mentors we have in our pool. Our mentors give up their time for free to help our members and provide a lot of value.
Resource is often key to the growth of your business and can be tricky to find, we can help. We find lots of interns for startup businesses every year.
We offer the following support:

We will help you find finance options for your business such as grants, loans and equity finance. We also hold two pitching sessions to angels each year – these are open to all members. We recently helped one member gain a Technology Strategy Board grant for 12.5k.
Use of Innovation Suite -Video Conferencing
The Suite represents a hybridization of the physical and virtual meeting ‘place’, bringing people with ideas, experience and funds to invest together to drive new knowledge based businesses.
The suite contains a Tandberg Profile 65” Dual video conferencing system with side-by-side 65” LCD monitors that enables easy sharing of information, crystal clear audio and HD video. The private room seats up to six people to enable real time, highly interactive meetings to take place in a quality environment.
The suite is freely available to all members.
We have a number of meeting rooms within the e4f space that can be booked online. Each meeting room is fitted with a plasma and ready to go.
Each member is given a physical mail box within the e4f space where they can pick up their mail.
Members on the Peta & Zetta plans can use Innovation Birmingham Campus as their company’s registered address.
Innovation Birmingham Campus has dual 100mbps resilient internet connections and provides free wi-fi throughout the building. The standard bandwidth to the e4f space is 10mbps and can be connected via wi-fi or cat5 cable. Each member can also have a direct dial 0121 number which they can log into while in the e4f space or forward to a mobile while they are out. Both the internet and phone line rental are included in the membership plan fees. Telephone call costs are charged separately.
Each member is issued with a pass that allows them access to the building 365 days a year 24hrs a day. This includes access to the mailbox.
Members on the Exa plan have access to 1 of 20+ hotdesks across our two hotdesking spaces. You can use a hotdesk every day or whenever you require without pre-booking, just turn up.
Members of the Zetta plan are allocated a dedicated desk within our hotdesking space that is permanently allocated to them.
Innovation Birmingham Campus n has state of the art conference and meeting facilities that can cater for 2 to 120 people. As a e4f member you are entitled to a 20% discount on the hire of our conference facilities. For more information see our conference pages
